3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Service Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 achievement logs per week with full access to historical data
• Pro Plan: Unlimited achievement logs for $9/month, billed monthly

4.2 Billing and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice

4.3 Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period
• Your account automatically converts to the free plan
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You retain access to all your data

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service responsibly and professionally.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

• Use the Service in a manner that could damage our reputation or harm other users
• Fail to pay required fees (for paid accounts)
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
• You may request data export before account deletion
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply
